Refund Policy

  • Neither Deem's Outlet or the manufacturer will issue a refund of your shipping fees. Shipping fees cover the cost of the carrier collecting the order(s) from the manufacturer and delivering them to the end customer only.  If the order arrives with missing or damaged items, Deem's Outlet will submit a replacement order on your behalf and will work with the manufacturer to resolve whatever delivery issues you have reported.

  • Neither Deem's Outlet or the manufacturer will issue refunds or credits for missing or damaged items. Deem's Outlet will gladly replace anything that is reported correctly and within the initial 5-day reporting period. Damaged items will be replaced in full or part, while missing items will either be located and delivered, or will be replaced in full by the manufacturer. *Additional damages can be reported once the first report has been made.

  • Neither the manufacturer or Deem's Outlet will provide monetary compensation if the customer decides to keep, use, or repair damaged items. Deem's Outlet will not cover the cost of additional labor by contractors or installers for repairs, nor will Deem's Outlet be responsible for the cost of installation of replacement parts. Deem's Outlet will not be responsible for any costs associated with the delay or rescheduling of contractors, installers, or other trades, and will not offer refunds or credits for these or any similar situations.

Lead Times

Our current lead time for JSI vanity cabinets is 4-5 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order. When the cabinet is received by us, we will schedule the delivery date, and you will receive another email updating you on when the product will be delivered.
